The air conditioning in my room was exceptionally effective, providing a comfortable retreat from the Manila heat, which allowed me to unwind after a day of exploring the city. I was pleasantly surprised to find my lost ID card promptly returned to me by the attentive staff, showcasing their remarkable commitment to guest service and care.
